2nd Order goods

Each order for confetti.cz is considered to be binding and placing an order the buyer agrees to the Terms of the sales contract there is acceptance and payment of goods ordered.
Buyer ordered the seller of goods, which are listed on the website www.confetti.cz through an application that allows the purchaser to select the type, quantity, price of goods, delivery, payment and fill in all the information listed in the order indicated by the seller as required.
Order process is completed, and sending an order confirmation from the buyer.
After successfully sending your order you will receive an email with a recapitulation of the order, if you mail an order came not likely to be ordered! In this case, please contact us.
Orders are processed each day by 9 to 18 am

Order Cancellation

Buyer may cancel or modify the order (if not yet shipped) e-mail or phone minutes. 48 hours before the date of its implementation. In this order cancellation we charge a cancellation fee of 20% of the total price of the order.
Canceling an order by the deadline 47 hours and shorter in execution order is a cancellation fee of 100% of the total order value.
If the seller cancels the order confetti.cz, usually the reason why it is not possible to confirm the order. If this happens, we will contact you and we will proceed.
Change of mailing address can be done on site or preferably by phone as soon as possible (before the goods are shipped).

3rd Supply of goods

If the merchandise in stock is usually shipped within 72 hours of receiving the order. Otherwise, orders are handled within 3 to 5 working days.
With you always informed in advance of the expected delivery date.
Goods are considered delivered at the delivery address provided by the customer when ordering.

Floral toys and fruity bouquet we deliver by courier only in Prague and its surroundings. Shipping price is 129 CZK.

We deliver bouquets of sweets by Czech Post. Price of shipping in the Czech Republic is 129 CZK (5€), in Europe is 700 CZK (28€).

When order value is over 1600CZK/64€ in Prague Shipping is free.


4th Acceptance of goods

Customer in the presence of the carrier is obliged to check the status of goods in case of damage to prepare a record of damage to the shipment and have this fact confirmed by the carrier.
Carried out on the basis of the record will be given a reasonable discount to the customer or delivered to a new product.
By signing the bill of delivery the customer agrees with the acquisition of goods and confirms the arrival of mechanical damage.
Conditions of acceptance of goods, including torts are governed by the terms of the carrier (Czech Post or own courier service).


5th Price

All prices are final. Freight charges are charged according to value of the order and delivery location. Shipping is always free.
Not subject to VAT.


6th Method of payment for goods

1) COD - pay for goods on receipt of the consignment in your home or post office (the fastest, waiting for the arrival of the payments), only for customers in the country.
2) transfer - payment is made before the order execution, order products and select the type of payment in the order form.
3) online by credit card - payment via PayPal, we accept credit cards Visa, MasterCard, AmericanExpress.


7th Alternative flowers and gifts

Delivered flowers and gifts may vary slightly because of the products on our website. If the refund occurs always do everything possible to be as close as possible shipment of goods purchased.
Reimbursement is made of the same goods or similar appearance, type, amount, and equal or better quality.
Our flowers are shipped animals always fresh. Their quality is guaranteed at least 2 weeks in compliance with the rules of proper care.


8th Final Provisions

These terms and conditions are applicable to all purchase contracts between the seller and the customer confetti.cz.
Confetti.cz Seller reserves the right business conditions change. The changed conditions appropriately publish on the website www.confetti.cz
